Derek is a passionate storyteller with nearly 30 years of strategic public relations, marketing, media relations, and communications experience. He is currently developing numerous children’s books and novels. He is the president of Danziger PR and serves as a strategic public relations advisor and media trainer for companies and organizations. He lives in San Diego with his wife and their two young boys. A family member inspired the creation of this book. In his free time, he loves sports and traveling. Derek is a graduate of UC San Diego.

Families and friends can use this book to come together, share their experiences, and celebrate the “superpowers” gifted to their children as they make and navigate their own world. This book is for everyone: families, parents, siblings, and friends who cherish their relationship with someone who is Autistic and awesome.
